1. Service Agreement: By purchasing an internet connection, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This agreement governs the provision of internet services between the service provider and the client.

2. Service Description: The internet connection provides access to the internet through the service provider’s network infrastructure. The connection speed, data limits (if applicable), and other service features will be outlined in the service plan chosen by the client.

3. Payment and Billing: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the internet connection as specified in the service plan. Payment may be required on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle agreed upon. The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.

4. Service Availability: The service provider strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted internet connection. However, occasional service interruptions or maintenance activities may be necessary. The service provider will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and will notify the client in advance whenever possible.

5. Data Usage and Fair Usage Policy: If the service plan includes data limits, the client agrees to comply with any fair usage policies set forth by the service provider. Excessive or abusive data usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of the internet connection, as determined by the service provider.

6. Use of Service: The client agrees to use the internet connection solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, illegal file sharing, and any other activities that may cause harm or disruption to the network or other users.

7. Equipment and Installation: The client may be required to provide or purchase compatible equipment for the internet connection. The service provider may assist with installation and setup, but any associated costs, such as equipment fees or installation charges, will be borne by the client unless otherwise specified in the service plan.

8. Security and Privacy: The service provider will implement reasonable security measures to protect the client’s data and privacy. However, the client is responsible for implementing additional security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software, to protect their own devices and data.

9. Limitation of Liability: The service provider will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the internet connection, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of business, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a prior notice period, as specified in the agreement. The client may be subject to an early termination fee if applicable. The service provider may terminate the service agreement immediately for non-compliance with the terms and conditions or if the client engages in unauthorized or illegal activities.

11. Modification of Terms: The service provider reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the service agreement, including pricing, service features, or any other aspect of the service. The client will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued use of the internet connection will indicate acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By purchasing the internet connection, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
