Refund and Returns Policy Overview

   Our policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges

Gifts

   If an item marked as a gift was purchased and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the item’s value once we receive the returned item.
